Carats

The carat is a unit of measurement for both gold and gemstones. The difference lies in the fact that the carats in gold they are used as a unit of measurement for the content (of gold) in each piece of jewelry.

Silver

The pearl is a hard material produced from the soft tissues (especially the mantle) of living things molluscs with shell. The ideal pearls are round and soft, although they can also have other shapes (baroque pearls). The best quality natural pearls are highly valued and have been considered precious stones and objects for many centuries.
