Without a doubt, Longines is a watchmaking brand with a strong tradition. This is the inevitable result of a long, continuous and rich history. This 190-year history has brought the brand to the pinnacle of watchmaking, which today is expressed in a series of three exclusive watches from The Longines Master Collection, a worthy heir to the brand's expertise.

Mastering the measure of time: over the years and through its different forms, the winged hourglass brand has continuously tried to combine its quest for precision with an aesthetic standard that still governs its identity today. Years of craftsmanship forged in tradition, elegance and performance have elevated Longines to the ranks of the great watchmakers.

Longines Master Collection 190th Anniversary

The history of Longines is highlighted by technical and aesthetic innovations that reflect the ambitions of the brand's founders: to dare to be innovative, to achieve excellence and to make innovation a constant quest. These aspirations continue to shape the company's legacy.

To commemorate its 190th anniversary, Longines presents a series of three exclusive watches from The Longines Master Collection, a line emblematic of its rich heritage. Combining classic elegance and perfection, these watches are available in stainless steel and gold. The 18K yellow gold and rose gold versions are presented in a limited, numbered edition of 190 pieces to emphasize their exclusivity.

These new watches stand out aesthetically through their careful construction and the special care given to every detail. The silver dial in grained anthracite, brushed gray or sandblasted is distinguished by its unique finish and finely engraved Arabic numerals. Metal hands in elegant pink, gold or anodized blue count the hours, minutes and seconds, accentuating the dial's sophisticated purity. The 40 mm round case, with classic lines, houses an exclusive Longines in-house movement with silicon oxide spiral oscillator, guaranteeing high precision. All the painstaking, detailed craftsmanship on this watch can be admired through the transparent caseback, which also bears a commemorative engraving. A soft charcoal gray leather strap completes the style of these high quality pieces.

These exceptional timepieces are the worthy inheritors of the brand's centuries-old know-how and encapsulate the rich history of Longines.

About our mechanisms

With centuries of watchmaking expertise, Longines has pioneered a number of technological developments and continues to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to innovation. Its constant pursuit of excellence, in turn, has led it to equip all its automatic watches with state-of-the-art mechanisms, which notably include a silicon oxide spiral oscillator. This material is not only lightweight and corrosion resistant, but also remains unaffected by normal temperature fluctuations and magnetic fields. Its unique properties improve the accuracy and longevity of the watch and allow Longines to provide these models with a 5-year warranty.
